The programme for MECO&CPSIoT 2025 Conference is announced!

The final programme includes MECO’2025, CPSIoT’2025 and Summer School on CPS&IoT’2025. Only small changes are possible that will be done on the spot.

For Full Registrations as well as Summer School Participants no further payment is necessary

*For other registered participants (including student, passive and other discounted registrations), Gala dinner is subject to additional ticketing in very economical prices depending on sponsorship situation. The prices are regular authors 25Euro/person, students 20Euro/person.

Accompanied persons are subject to participation fee of 30Euro.

Summer School on CPSIoT 2025 Programme

Your contribution to MECO may be presented through one of the following formats.
Please review the options carefully and select your preferred presentation method via your EasyChair account. If no selection is made, the organizers reserve the right to assign the presentation type.

In-Person Presentations

• Oral Presentation (In-person Oral)
  • Duration: 10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion
  • Format: PowerPoint presentation
  • Presentation template for MECO&CPSIoT2025 v.1
  • Presentation template for MECO&CPSIoT2025 v.2
• Poster Presentation (In-person Poster)
  • Presented during designated poster sessions
  • Poster size: Minimum A3, preferably A1

Online Presentations

• Live Oral Presentation (On-line Oral)
  • Duration: 10 minutes presentation + 3 minutes discussion
  • Format: PowerPoint presentation
  • Presentation template for MECO&CPSIoT2025 v.1
  • Presentation template for MECO&CPSIoT2025 v.2
• Pre-Recorded Video Presentation (On-line Media)
  • Duration: 5 minutes video presentation + 3 minutes live Q&A
  • Procedure: Presenter plays the video and answers questions live.
    Alternatively, the video can be submitted in advance for organizers to play.
  • Preferred format: MP4
  • Upload instructions will be provided via the designated directory.

Work-in-Progress (WiP) Presentations

WiP papers follow the same presentation guidelines as regular papers, with the addition of the “WiP” prefix:
