Dear participants,
Every academic year MECO & CPSIoT Conferences as well as Summer School on Cyber Physical Systems and Internet of Things issue the following calls to support bright young students and researches willing to participate in our events.
This scholarship program aims to support and recognize outstanding students and researches who demonstrate exceptional academic achievements, leadership potential, and a commitment to making a positive impact in their respective fields.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be currently enrolled or accepted in a recognized educational institution for the academic year.
- Applicants should have a strong academic record.
- Applicants must demonstrate leadership qualities, community involvement, or extracurricular achievements.
- The scholarship is open to students and researches in all fields of study associated with our events.
Scholarship Benefits:
- Financial support to cover registration and publication fees.
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field during our events.
- Networking opportunities with other scholars and industry leaders.
- Access to Conference and Summer School workshops, seminars, and other educational resources.
Application Process:
Interested candidates/applicants are required to submit the following documentation via email at : meco.conference@gmail.com:
- Updated curriculum vitae (CV) or resume.
- A personal statement/motivational letter outlining their academic and career goals, as well as their motivation for applying for the scholarship.
- Letters of recommendation from academic or professional references if available.
- Any additional supporting documents showcasing achievements, leadership roles, or community involvement.
Selection Process:
- All received applications will be reviewed by the scholarship selection committee.
- Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview or additional evaluation.
- The final selection will be based on the overall assessment of the applicant’s academic performance, leadership potential, personal statement, and supporting documents.
Application Deadline: The deadline for submitting scholarship applications is one week before the start of annual events. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

MECO is recognized as an established and socially responsible conference with its long history devoted to helping young scientists either in the Region, developing countries or countries affected by man-made or natural disasters, by supporting them and awarding appropriate scholarships.
This years annual scholarships have been awarded to following participants:
1. Helga Sellaku, Albania, Montenegro, doctoral student on the Sustainable Development program of our UCG
2. Stanislav Krivenko, Valery Bezruk, Oleksandr Kirsanov, Lyudmila Krivenko and Serhiy Krivenko, Kharkiv National University of Radio-Electronics, Kharkiv National Medical University, National Aerospace University “KhAI”, Ukraine.
